Facts
Passion fruit
The Central Highlands is Vietnam's passion fruit capital, and the crop has been one of the country's fastest-growing exports — rising from about US$20 million in 2015 to well over US$200 million by 2023. A wrinkled, dimpled skin is not a flaw: it signals a fully ripe, sweeter and more aromatic fruit.
